I've Picked Up on a Theme

So I've just finished spending half of my day putting together my 2010 calendar on Snapfish. That means that I've been looking at pictures from 2009 for...hours. I noticed a theme...there are an inordinate amount of pictures of my children with animals. I know, duh right...but the animals aren't all alive, no kidding...apparently my kids love inanimate animals as well. To show you that I'm not exaggerating, the pictures below are just the tip of the iceberg. Enjoy!

Snow Day

We had snow & ice today, in Memphis that = a day without school or work! Unfortunately the "snow" was pretty slushy & I don't have any adorable pictures of the kids playing in the snow, just this one taken a few minutes ago of them snuggling under the electric blanket with me...we LOVE our electric blanket. When they are all grown up I'm just going to have to remind them that when I wanted to take their picture in the snow the camera was always missing because they would spend all morning using the video function to record the dogs playing outside, the snow falling, the street, the tree...you get the idea...I do have a pretty cute video to share, I think I'll call it Snow Day according to John-Rob.

Nikki looks so crazy in this picture because he was eating snow & RUBBING...yes rubbing his face in the snow...go figure...the dog really is nuts!
